L121 provides PassAround purely as a tool that helps groups coordinate the sharing of their own transferable passes. We do not buy, sell, own, or distribute any pass, and we are not a party to anything that happens between you, your group, and the venue.

You are solely responsible for how you use the platform. L121 accepts no responsibility or liability for any use, misuse, loss, or consequence arising from it.

Only use PassAroundin line with the rules and terms of the underlying pass or subscription — for example, the official Sportabo conditions. If those rules say a pass may be transferred, share it; if they don’t, don’t.

It is your responsibility to know and respect those conditions. Using this platform does not grant any right that the pass itself doesn’t already allow.

Only upload a pass that is transferable and meant to be shared. Never upload a personal, non-transferable, or someone else’s pass.

By adding a pass to the pool you confirm it is yours to share and that sharing it is permitted under its terms.
